GGD type low voltage switchgear
Overview
Applicable to three-phase AC 50, 60Hz, rated voltage 1140V and below, rated current 4000A and below, for power conversion, distribution and control. Widely used in power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgical rolling, light industrial textiles and factories and mines and high-rise buildings. The products have passed the national compulsory product certification (CCC certification), in line with GB7251.1 and JB/T9661 standards, and have undergone long-term trial operation assessment.
Technical characteristics
★ The cabinet is in the form of a universal cabinet. The frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The parts are designed according to the principle of the module and have 20-module mounting holes with high universal coefficient.
★ The design considers the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. The upper and lower ends of the cabinet have different numbers of heat dissipation holes. When the components of the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is continuously drained from the lower slot. In addition, the sealed cabinet forms a natural air passage from bottom to top for heat dissipation purposes;
★ The cabinet top paint has good adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte in color, avoiding the dazzling effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the duty personnel;
★ The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, which is convenient for the installation and adjustment of the main busbar on site;
★ The method of golden section method is used to design the segmentation dimensions of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and generous;
★ The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and it can also be selected between IP20~IP40 according to user requirements.
