ZQSC series dry traction rectifier transformer
ZQSC dry traction rectifier transformer is a product developed by our company in order to meet the needs of the market and draw on foreign advanced technology. It is mainly used as a power supply for rectifiers in subway locomotive traction substations. Two twelve-pulse rectifier transformers with different junction groups are connected in parallel to form a twenty-four pulse rectifier circuit to obtain a good rectified voltage. The product has passed various types of tests and special tests of the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and its technical performance has reached the international advanced level of similar products.
The traction rectifier transformer is a four-coil double-split structure, and the mesh side and the valve side windings are all vacuum-insulated and integrally cast. The grid side windings are phase-shifted by ±7.5° phase angle using the extended delta connection, and the valve side windings are connected by d, y. The line voltage phasors of the valve side windings of the two transformers differ by 15° phase, and are operated in parallel after full-wave rectification to form a 12-phase twenty-four-pulse rectification and transformation system. The utility model has the advantages of novel structure, small volume, stable output DC, small interference ripple and low noise.
