1.4 The excellent insulation barrel is placed between the high and low voltage coils to ensure greater insulation margin between the windings, and the transformer is more compact and safer to operate.
1.5 High and low voltage coils use honeycomb airway technology to avoid turbulent flow of hot air, which makes the coil have better heat dissipation capacity and stronger overload capability. Improve the reliability of transformer operation.
2. Iron core
2.1 The core is made of high-quality high-magnetic cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet with 45° full-cutting.

The shearing error of the silicon steel sheet is within 0.01 mm, so that the air gap at the iron core lamination is smaller and the core no-load loss is lower.
3. Germany STOLLBERG high-pressure foil winding machine, Italy L.A.E low-pressure foil winding machine uses infrared positioning, argon arc welding. The coil is processed and accurate.
4. Swiss HAEFELY partial discharge meter
