Overview

YBF series prefabricated substation is applied in 7.2 kV and 12 kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply systems, serving as high-voltage distribution, metering, compensation, control and protection equipment.In addition to the transformer, the prefabricated substation is equipped on the high-voltage side with a 4-position load switch or 2-position load switch, backup protection fuses and plug-in fuses. On the low-voltage side, control devices, distribution apparatus, compensation devices and electric energy meters are installed according to user requirements.

YBF series prefabricated substations can be used indoors and outdoors, widely applied in industrial parks, residential quarters, commercial centers, high-rise buildings and other places.

Structural Features

The American-style box-type substation consists of front and rear sections.The front part includes the high-voltage and low-voltage operation compartments.The high-voltage compartment contains high-voltage terminals, load switch, off-load voltage regulating tap-changer, plug-in fuses, pressure relief valve, oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge and oil drain valve.The low-voltage compartment includes low-voltage terminals.The rear part is the oil-filled tank body with cooling fins, in which the transformer winding and core, high-voltage load switch and protective fuses are immersed.

Performance Features

★ Small size and compact structure, only about 1/3 the size of domestic box-type substations of the same capacity.★ Fully sealed and fully insulated, requiring no insulation distance, reliably ensuring personal safety.★ Applicable for both ring network and terminal power supply with convenient switching, improving power supply reliability.★ Low loss, lower than that of domestic S9 transformers.★ Cable connectors can carry 200 A load current, can operate as a load switch in emergency, and feature the characteristics of an isolating switch.★ Equipped with dual-fuse protection, reducing operation cost. The plug-in fuse is a dual-sensitive fuse (temperature and current).★ Adopts △/Y connection and three-phase five-limb structure, featuring high voltage quality, no neutral point drift, no cabinet overheating, low noise and excellent lightning protection performance.
