Operating Conditions

★ Altitude: not exceeding 2000 m;★ Ambient temperature: max. +40 ℃, min. -25 ℃;★ Free of conductive dust, corrosive gases and explosive hazards;★ Outdoor wind speed: not exceeding 35 m/s;★ Relative humidity: not exceeding 90% at +25 ℃;★ Installation site: free from severe vibration and bumping, vertical inclination not exceeding 5°;★ Seismic intensity: not exceeding Grade 8;★ Special operating conditions (such as humid tropical or high-altitude areas) shall be negotiated with our company.

Structural Features

★ The bottom frame of the cabinet is made of steel sections with special anti-corrosion treatment. The steel specification is selected according to the cabinet size and transformer capacity. Sunken base and oil channel base are available for users.The interior is divided by metal steel plates into high-voltage switch room, transformer room and low-voltage switch room, which are strictly isolated from each other.Layout types include delta layout, linear layout, internal operation type and external operation type.The whole cabinet can be configured with single transformer or double transformers.High-voltage switch supports terminal power supply and ring network power supply.Primary connection can be cable type or busbar type.The secondary instrument system for energy metering can be internal installation or external installation.Each room is equipped with lighting, interlock switch and forced ventilation device.Different structures and devices can be selected according to user requirements.

★ Sliding lifting devices are installed on both sides of the cabinet bottom for convenient hoisting, transportation and installation.A main grounding terminal is provided around the bottom frame for flexible selection.

★ High-voltage and low-voltage switch rooms can adopt standard structure, panel-mounted structure or frame structure.The standard type features high integration, while the frame type is more compact in size.

★ Transformer can be oil-immersed type or dry type.The oil-immersed type is larger in size and lower in cost;the dry type is smaller, more reliable, free from fire and explosion risks, and suitable for various environments.
