The YBF series prefabricated substation is used in 7.2kV and 12kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as high voltage power distribution, metering, compensation, control and protection devices. In addition to the transformer, the pre-installed substation is equipped with a four-station load switch or a two-station load switch, a backup protection fuse and a plug-in fuse on the high-voltage side; the control unit and the distribution electric appliance are assembled on the low-voltage side according to user requirements. , compensation devices and energy meters.

The YBF series prefabricated substation can be used indoors or outdoors, and is widely used in industrial parks, residential quarters, commercial centers and high-rise buildings.

Structural features

The American box variable structure is divided into two parts. The front is the high and low voltage operation interval. The high-voltage interval includes a high-voltage terminal, a load switch, a no-load tap-changer, a plug-in fuse, and a pressure relief valve, an oil temperature gauge, an oil level gauge, and a drain valve; the low-voltage interval includes a low-voltage terminal; the rear portion is The fuel injection tank and the heat sink, the transformer winding and the iron core, the high voltage load switch and the protective fuse are all in the fuel tank.

★ Earthquake intensity: 8 degrees;

★ Installation location: the inclination is not more than 3°;

★ Installation environment: The surrounding air is not polluted by corrosive, flammable gases and water vapor, and there is no severe vibration at the installation site.
